  1. What time do you deliver and pick up?
  2. We deliver after 12 midnight and pick up the same evening around 7pm. Extra day rentals are available for an additional fee.
  3. What forms of payment do you accept?
  4. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is expected in advance in order to reserve your special occasion. All returned checks will be charged $35.00 NSF fee.
  5. How much does the display cost?
  6. It depends on the size of the sign. We offer 4 and 6 foot signs and approximately 20 "critters" are included. Please call for pricing.
  7. What areas do you service?
  8. Southwest Florida.
  9. How much advance notice do you need?
  10. We recommend you reserve your display as soon as possible to ensure the display of your choice is not booked.
  11. What sizes are your signs?
  12. We offer a 4 foot (48x48) single-sided sign or a 6 ft. (3.5 ft x 6 ft.) two sided sign.
  13. How long does the display stay up for?
  14. One day. Extra days are at an additional cost.
  15. How many "critters" are placed around the main sign?
  16. Approximately twenty.
  17. What phrases can I choose from?
  18. We offer a fun variety of catchy sayings. Please call for details.
  19. Can you deliver on the same day?
  20. It depends on what time, day, delivery city, and our schedule.
  21. Where are you located?
  22. Cape Coral, Florida
  23. What is your refund policy?
  24. We offer a full refund for certain situations:
    • If you cancel 48 hours in advance of the rental date
    • If we are unable to deliver the display, due to bad weather conditions, such as heavy rain, high winds, severe lightning, or hurricane watches/warnings and for any unforeseen situations. We will make every effort to deliver the display, as long as we are safe doing it.

    We will not offer a refund for these reasons:
    • If we were unable to set up the display, due to a loose mean dog or other animal.
    • If we were given the wrong address and are unable to reach you or if unable to access into gated communities.
    • If the recipient requests us to remove the display.
    • If you do not cancel within 48 hours in advance. At this time, we can reschedule for another date.
  25. Can we mow the lawn while the display is up?
  26. Yes, but we would prefer you to not mow the lawn. If you feel you have to, we will try to come pick up the display or you can try to mow around it. Please keep in mind, if you weed wack or mow around the display, flying debris can damage the sign and/or "critters". We ask you not to move or touch the display for insurance reasons and if you must move it, because you cannot wait for us to pick it up, you risk injury to yourself or to the display. If we find the sign or "critters" to be damaged, due to moving them or from lawn care, you will be charged for the damage. We are aware that many people use landscapers and lawn service companies and they also should not move, touch, damage, or spray chemicals near the display. Thank you for your consideration.
